Rrbdeasy Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

Welcome to rrbdeasy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the rrbdeasy platform and all associated services. By opening an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms.

A registered account is required to access services on rrbdeasy. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. rrbdeasy reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit balances if false or incomplete information is provided.

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify rrbdeasy immediately.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Withdrawals may be restricted until account verification is complete. rrbdeasy may request additional documentation at any time for security purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use rrbdeasy. Age is verified at registration, and proof may be requested at any time.

Additionally, rrbdeasy may not be used from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is the user's own responsibility to verify that use of this service is legal in their jurisdiction.

All transactions on rrbdeasy are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently supported payment methods:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Rocket (DBBL) — Minimum deposit ৳500.
• Bank Transfer — Minimum ৳1,000; processing takes 1–3 business days.

Payments through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, rrbdeasy reserves the right to place it on hold pending verification.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — typically 15–30x the bonus amount.
• Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonus validity is generally 7 days from the date of issue, though specific offers may have different expiry periods.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.

Rrbdeasy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Users will be notified before changes take effect on any active bonuses.

The following rules apply when placing bets on rrbdeasy.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, except where the Cash Out feature is available.
• Rrbdeasy reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded; however, specific rules may apply to certain markets.
• Minimum single bet is ৳10; maximum bet limits vary by event and market.
• A maximum of 12 selections are allowed per Accumulator bet.

All games on rrbdeasy use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely random and unbiased.

• Using bots or automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• Rrbdeasy reserves the right to investigate any suspected irregular activity and suspend the account in question pending the outcome.

• Rrbdeasy is not directly liable for disruptions caused by third-party services (such as payment gateways).
• If a technical error causes an incorrect amount to be displayed, the bet will be settled based on the correct amount.
